Про Fairphone
Давно интересуюсь свободными инициативами, и если с софтом всё хорошо (хотя в России — по-прежнему довольно грустно), то с железками прогресс пока не столь впечатляющ.
Потому Fairphone2 никак не мог скрыться от моего внимания. Этичное производство, модульность, открытое (по возможности) железо… Но в Россию не поставляют, более того, Россия не считается Европой:

We’re not selling the Fairphone 2 outside Europe… yet. But the good news is, we plan to start delivering to a selection of countries outside of Europe. The question is, how fast can we make this happen?
Being an Amsterdam-based organization, we currently only sell in Europe. For the coming time, we will continue to focus our sales efforts on this region. At the same time, we are researching demand in a number of additional countries and starting to put certain processes in place to enable sales outside of Europe. Next to that, we want to ensure we can scale up our operations, customer support and repair services to successfully support our customers outside of Europe.
